Getting your company approved

What happens after registration, which documents to provide, and how long to allow before your first sale.

Last updated: September 2026

Registering creates your account immediately, but your company cannot sell tickets yet. Three checks must complete before activation. You can follow their progress at any time from your onboarding dashboard.

1. The three validation steps

They run in this order — each opens only once the previous one is done.

StepWhat you doWho validates
Email address Click the link sent to the director's address. Automatic
Mobile Money account Declare the MoMo number that will receive your settlements. Automatic (account-holder name check)
Company file (KYB) Upload the four documents listed below. Our compliance team

Once the third step completes, your company becomes active: your stations can publish departures and start selling.

2. The four documents required

All four are mandatory. While one is missing, the file does not go to review.

  1. Commercial registration (RCCM) Required

    The extract in the company's name. It must be legible and unexpired.

  2. Taxpayer card (Carte de Contribuable) Required

    Your unique taxpayer number (NIU) certificate, in the company's name.

  3. Transport licence Required

    The authorisation to operate intercity passenger transport, issued by the Ministry of Transport.

  4. Director's national ID card (CNI) Front and back

    The CNI of the person running the company. This is the only document requiring two files: front and back, uploaded separately.

Format. A sharp photo taken on a phone is fine, provided all four corners of the document are visible and the text is readable without zooming. A scan is better if you can produce one.

3. Mobile Money account verification

The MoMo number you declare is where your takings will be settled. We check that the account-holder name matches the company or its director.

A number in a third party's name cannot be accepted: settlement must reach the business that sold the journey. That is an anti-money-laundering obligation, not a preference on our part.

4. Timing and tracking

The first two steps are automatic and complete within minutes. The company file is reviewed by a person, not an automated check: allow one business day, longer if a document needs further verification.

There is nothing to chase. The dashboard shows the state of each document (pending, approved, rejected) and you receive an email on every change.

5. If a document is rejected

A rejection does not cancel your registration and does not send you back to the start. The email you receive says which document is at fault and why, with a link to re-upload it directly.

The most common reasons:

  • document illegible, cropped, or photographed at an angle;
  • document expired;
  • back of the CNI missing;
  • company name differs from the one entered at registration.

The three documents already approved stay approved — you only re-upload the one that was rejected.
